Hannick has a dedicated land team, where we pride ourselves on maintaining an honest approach throughout land acquisitions. A surveyor within the team would be dedicated to a project, seeing it all the way through from inception to completion. We adopt a proactive approach, enabling us to successfully acquire development opportunities. The Land Department consists of a number of qualified surveyors, specialising in development work and having in excess of 100 years combined experience.

Throughout our many years of trading, we have established relationships with local consultants, who are well connected in the development community, and provide us the very best opportunity to source and amalgamate land opportunities, together with achieving the end objective – the grant of planning permission.

We spend many hours concentrating on optimising the use of land, this is generated through an experienced and dedicated in-house team of surveyors, and a comprehensive understanding of the planning process.
