We are always seeking land for development which includes the following:

• Land with planning permission
• Land with development potential
• Brownfield sites
• Greenfield sites
• Houses with large gardens capable of further development
• Back land including gardens suitable for infill development
• Farm buildings

There is a substantial need for new housing to meet the current housing shortfall in the region. We create many of our development sites by purchasing and piecing together large gardens, varying in size from 2 to 100 houses.

We will purchase land either unconditionally, subject to gaining a planning consent or with an existing planning consent and are interested in both brownfield land and longer-term greenfield/strategic land.

We are renowned for the personal approach that we apply to our land buying. One person will look after the process from the initial introduction through to completion and ensure all possible options are explored.
