Stone Lane, Swindon

Hannick controls 39 acres of land at Stone Lane, located to the west of the Swindon urban boundary. This land represents a logical expansion to Swindon and is the least constrained option for future strategic development to the west of the town. The land also represents a very sustainable location for future development with all of the existing services and facilities serving the residents of west Swindon close by. We are currently promoting this land for residential led development through both Wiltshire Council’s and Swindon Borough Council’s respective Local Plan reviews.
