Castle Cary

The site falls within an area of growth identified through the adopted local plan for the former South Somerset area, now within Somerset Council’s administrative boundary. A planning application is being prepared for a scheme of around 100 homes, and we are working with neighbouring landowners to bring forward a comprehensive and coordinated development.
