Durrington

Hannick has acquired this 58 acre site at Durrington, Wiltshire. The land is being promoted for residential development and represents an opportunity to support the area’s housing needs in a sustainable and deliverable way. We are progressing the technical and planning work required to establish an appropriate development framework, including early engagement with key stakeholders, to support promotion of the site through the plan making process and, in due course, a planning application.
