Land at East Melksham
Hannick is promoting this 29 acre site in the Wiltshire town of Melksham. The site is in a sustainable location, close to primary and secondary schools, employment areas and other services and facilities associated with the town. The land is being promoted through Wiltshire Council’s emerging Local Plan and has been identified as a proposed allocation for residential development and education use.
We have now submitted an outline planning application (ref. PL/2025/06749) for a mixed use development comprising up to 205 dwellings, land reserved for the expansion of the secondary school, public open space, landscaping and associated engineering works..
