Lottage Road, Aldbourne
Working with Aldbourne Parish Council, Hannick secured an allocation for residential development in the Aldbourne Neighbourhood Plan. An outline planning application for up to 32 dwellings was submitted and has now received consent. The site has since been sold to Ashford Homes.
Hannick knows Aldbourne well, having successfully completed a number of other developments within the village, most recently the redevelopment of a brownfield site for 11 dwellings.
