Hannick Developments is a family-owned property company established in 1979. Based in Wiltshire, we specialise in the strategic promotion of land across the South of England, Wales and beyond. Hannick also constructs a selected number of bespoke residential and commercial developments.
Our projects span a diverse range, from small village developments comprising five dwellings to expansive urban extensions up to 2,500 dwellings. While our primary focus is residential land, we also excel in promoting land for commercial, industrial, retail, and healthcare purposes.
