Hannick is promoting this 29 acre site in the Wiltshire town of Melksham. The site represents a very sustainable location, being close to primary and secondary schools, employment areas and many other services and facilities associated with the town. It has the capacity to support around 240 homes. We are currently promoting the site through Wiltshire Council’s emerging Local Plan and Melksham’s Neighbourhood Plan.
