Elm Tree Close, Devizes
Having purchased a former playing field owned by the Ministry of Defence, we worked closely with Wiltshire Planning Department and secured a consent for six dwellings, along with a large area of public open space. We were also successful in securing the allocation of the site within the Devizes Area Neighbourhood Plan. The site had been refused planning before Hannick became involved.
