The site is in a sustainable location, within walking distance of a range of community services and facilities within the village. Hannick has previously worked successfully with Hullavington Parish Council and the local community to secure a Neighbourhood Plan allocation on a site elsewhere in the village, which subsequently secured planning consent for up to 71 dwellings.
