Hopton Industrial Estate, Devizes

Hannick, working with Gaiger Brothers, purchased circa 40 acres of land on the edge of Devizes, Wiltshire and gained planning permission for an employment/industrial use. To achieve best value, we installed the infrastructure and the land was sold off in plots of various sizes. The Estate continues to thrive and has created much employment for Devizes and the surrounding area.
