Hannick has an interest in this 4.5 acre site in the Wiltshire village of Aldbourne. The site is currently being promoted through the emerging Neighbourhood Plan and in January 2021 we submitted an outline planning application for up to 32 dwellings. We are currently working with Wiltshire Council and Aldbourne Parish Council towards its determination.
Hannick knows Aldbourne well having successfully completed a number of other developments within the village, the most recent one being the redevelopment of a brownfield site within the village for 11 dwellings.
