Hannick has an interest in this 2 acre site in the market town of Malmesbury. The site is sustainably located, within walking distance to the town centre, employment areas and a range of other facilities. Following the refusal of a planning application in December 2021 for 26 dwellings, Hannick successfully appealed the decision. Work has now commenced on the discharge of planning conditions and the preparation of our reserved matters planning application.
