Residential Land, Ivybridge
Working closely with Ivybridge Town Council and South Hams District Council, Hannick secured a planning permission for up to 198 dwellings, along with circa 7 acres of employment land and a local centre. The site delivered 20% affordable housing along with public open space and local highway improvements. The residential element was sold to Wain Homes.
