Hannick Homes secured planning permission for 88 dwellings of various sizes and 3 acres of employment uses on the edge of Corsham, Wiltshire. The scheme has been thoughtfully designed to include public open space, a children’s play area, affordable housing and improvements to local facilities. This site was sold to Bellway Homes in 2018.
