St Georges Road, Semington
Working closely with the local community, Hannick has secured planning permission for 24 houses and community allotments on part of this site. The proposal is low density and is sensitively designed to reflect the character of the village and the adjacent Grade II Listed former St George’s Hospital. The consented part of the site has been successfully marketed and sold, and Hannick has retained ownership of the remainder for future promotion.
