Land off The Forty & Chelworth Road, Cricklade

Hannick Homes has submitted an outline planning application for up to 49 dwellings and the provision of land for a cemetery in the market town of Cricklade, Wiltshire. We have worked with Cricklade Town Council and the local community to develop a proposal which meets the needs of the town. In addition to the cemetery land, our proposed development will deliver a mix of dwellings to meet local need and also a number of highways improvements. We are currently working with Wiltshire Council and the Town Council towards the determination of our planning application.

Hannick has previously worked successfully with the Town Council and local residents in bringing forward the Stockham Close (49 dwellings) and Stockham Gardens (8 dwellings) developments located to the east of the town. In addition to housing, the Stockham Close development also included a rugby pitch and a large amount of public open space.
