The Street, Hullavington
Hannick worked in partnership with the local community and Wiltshire Council to develop a proposal for this site which met the housing needs of the village and also delivered a number of community benefits. These benefits included additional land and car parking for the adjacent primary school, a new public park, circular walks and a much-needed children’s play area for Hullavington. We promoted the site successfully through the parish’s Neighbourhood Plan and secured planning consent in early 2023 for up to 71 dwellings and the aforementioned community benefits.
