Ellwood Road, Milkwall
This site is identified as a proposed allocation for up to 48 houses in the Forest of Dean District Councilís emerging Allocations Plan. It is anticipated that the Plan will be adopted in early 2018, with a planning application following shortly afterwards. The site benefits from being located on the edge of the Forest and its associated amenities, whilst also being within walking distance of the market town of Coleford.
The Street, Hullavington
Hannick Homes is working with the local community and Wiltshire Council to bring forward a residential development along with a number of village benefits. The site currently has the benefit of a proposed allocation for about 50 dwellings in Wiltshire Councilís emerging Housing Site Allocations Plan.
Marlborough Road, Coate, Swindon
A pre-planning enquiry for a development of up to 80 dwellings was submitted to Swindon Borough Council in June 2017. The proposed development site is well located adjacent to the Great Western Hospital and has excellent links to the M4 and Swindon town centre. A planning application is likely to be submitted in late 2017.
St Georges Road, Semington
Working closely with the local community, Hannick Homes has secured planning permission for 24 houses and allotments in the village. The proposal is low density, sensitively designed to reflect the character of the village and the adjacent Grade II Listed former St Georgeís Hospital. We are currently preparing a reserved matters planning application and anticipate commencing construction in mid 2018.
Marlborough Road, Wroughton
In the summer of 2017 Hannick Homes secured planning permission for 103 houses in this sought after Wiltshire village. We are currently undertaking additional assessments to inform a future reserved matters planning application. er 2017.
Eastern Villages, Swindon
As part of a small consortium, we have submitted a planning application for up to 2,380 dwellings together with a mixed use local centre, various employment uses, primary school and a host of infrastructure improvements. The proposal, located north of the A420 to the east of Swindon, forms the first phase of the East of Swindon urban extension.
Rutt Lane, Ivybridge
Hannick Homes has gained a resolution to grant planning permission for up to 198 dwellings, including public open space, employment uses (including healthcare) and a neighbourhood centre. The scheme also includes improvements to pedestrian and highways links into the existing town.
Bath Road, Warminster
Working with our consortium partner, Persimmon Homes, an application has been submitted for 1000 houses, a through-school and community facilities in this delightful Wiltshire town.
Elm Tree Close, Devizes
A development of six, three bedroom properties benefiting from garages and overlooking a proposed park. Construction is currently underway.
Houlgate Way, Axbridge
A planning application in outline for circa 53 houses is soon to be submitted to Sedgemoor Council.
Nursery Close, Wroughton
Hannick Homes has received a detailed planning permission for five, three bedroom houses in this desirable location. Construction is currently underway.
Rudloe, Nr Corsham
Hannick Homes has received a planning permission for 88 dwellings of various sizes and 3 acres of employment. The scheme has been thoughtfully designed to include public open space, childrenís play area, affordable housing and improvements to local facilities.
Highworth Road, Shrivenham
A detailed planning permission has been granted for 35 dwellings of mixed sizes in this popular village. Construction to start early 2018.
